Delivery & Shipment

Coil-bound Hard Copies of the Report are shipped by 2-day FedEx (North America) and 3-day FedEx (Rest of the World, where available). FedEx cost is included in price. PDFs are emailed as attachments. Orders are generally shipped by the second work day after date of placing order, subject to work load conditions.

Secure On-line Ordering

When you click on your selection using the "BUY NOW" button, you will be taken to a secure credit card ordering facility operated by PayPal for safe and easy pre-pay ordering by credit or debit card, or through your PayPal account.

Order Cancellation

You have the right to cancel the order at any time prior to shipment and receive a prompt and full refund. Once your order is shipped by email or by FedEx, then the order cannot be cancelled, because the Report, once shipped, is presumed received, read and consumed by you.

Return Policy

If the PDF file when received is corrupted or impossible to save and/or open, send the corrupted or damaged PDF by email attachment back to tore@nordahl.tv for immediate replacement within 24 hours of us receiving the damaged file. Similarly, if you ordered a coil-bound hard copy by FedEx delivery and the hard copy was damaged or faulty in any way, ship the damaged hard copy back to nordahl.tv LLC, 11695 Porter Valley Drive, Porter Ranch, CA 91326 by pre-paid 2-day FedEx, and nordahl.tv LLC will ship you a replacement hard copy by FedEx within two (2) days of our receipt and we will include a check refunding your pre-paid 2-day FedEx shipping cost. A refund is not available, because the Report, once received, is presumed read and consumed by you. If you have any problem or question, please call 818-366-0448 for assistance any time. This is a business-to-business transaction and not a consumer transaction.

Open Net 15-day Payment Terms

Open Terms are available to publicly traded companies in North America, and to other major and known entities in the television and telecom/wireless business, but always subject to satisfactory credit check. To avoid Report delivery delay, if you are not a publicly traded or major known entity, the we suggest you purchase by credit or debit card, or by bank wire transfer prior to shipment. Terms & Conditions

nordahl.tv LLC ("Nordahl") reserves the right to refuse any Order from any entity or person which, in the sole opinion of Nordahl, (a) may now or in the future compete with the business of Nordahl, or (b) is or may become a publisher of magazines, newsletters, reports, bulletin boards, periodicals or similar in any form, and as such be in a position to disseminate or publicly use the information contained in the Report. The Customer is the entity or person purchasing the Report. This is a business- to-business transaction and not a consumer transaction.

The Customer purchases a License to use the Report by a specified number of User licenses. The Report is for the private and internal use of the Customer. The Customer is not permitted to disseminate the Report to any third party or to the public in full or in part by any hard copy, presentation or electronic means whatsoever. Notwithstanding, the Customer is permitted to copy and distribute the full Report to any executive and/or manager who is a bonafide employee of the Customer but limited by the number of Users permitted by the License.

The Customer understands and agrees (a) that the content of the Report is the IP (Intellectual Property) of Nordahl except for any underlying data, writings, pictures and information in the public domain or freely available on the internet, and (b) that the data, estimates, presentations and analysis in the Report may not be accurate or objective, and (c) that, although Nordahl's estimations, opinions, recommendations and forecasts in the Report are made in good faith with reasonable due diligence, the Customer's use of such estimations, opinions and forecasts is entirely at the Customer's sole risk and responsibility. For these and other reasons, the Customer agrees that Nordahl shall never become liable to the Customer for any costs or damages whatsoever, actual or otherwise, direct or indirect, arising from the Customer's purchase and/or use of the Report.

Nordahl will not accept return of the Report product(s), and Nordahl will not issue any credit except in a case of erroneous invoicing. Customer's sole recourse in the event of non-supply shall be a prompt and full refund of any payment made to Nordahl. An expanded version of these Terms and Conditions are included in the Report.
